Request deletion of your Samay account and its associated personal data.
Open Samay, go to the Settings tab and use the account deletion option. You can complete the deletion yourself in the app.
If you no longer have the app or cannot access your account, email hello@samay.ch to request deletion of your Samay account and associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Send the request from the email address linked to your Samay account where possible. If you cannot access that address, tell us so we can help verify account ownership. Never send your password.
