Record Attachments

If your administrator has enabled the attachments feature, you can add photos, receipts, or documents directly to your time entries.

1. Add an attachment

Tap the plus icon (+) to create a new time entry, or open an existing one. Tap the "Attachments" row and choose an option:

  • Take photo – Take a photo directly with the camera
  • Choose photo – Select an image from the gallery
  • Choose file – Select a document (PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, images)

2. Manage attachments

If an entry already has attachments, you will see a badge with the count. Tap it to view all attachments. Swipe left on an attachment to rename or delete it.

💡 Note

Attachments can only be added to work time entries, not to absences.
