Add Attachments

Add photos, receipts, or documents directly to a time entry.

1. Enable attachments

Go to Profile and enable the "Attachments" switch. The feature applies to all members of the team. The current storage used is displayed below the switch.

2. Add an attachment

Open an existing time entry or create a new one. Tap the "Attachments" row and choose one of the following options:

  • Take photo – Take a photo directly with the camera
  • Choose photo – Select an image from the gallery
  • Choose file – Select a document (PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, images)

3. Manage attachments

Tap the attachments row of an entry (with count badge) to view all attachments for that entry. Swiping left reveals the following actions:

  • Rename – Change the displayed file name
  • Delete – Permanently remove the attachment

4. Evaluate attachments per project

All attachments for a project are collected in the project detail view. Go to the Projects tab, tap the (i) icon next to the desired project and scroll to the "Attachments" section.

There you can see all files uploaded by all team members on time entries for that project – including uploader name and date.

💡 Supported file types

PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), TXT, and images (JPG, PNG, HEIC).

💡 Note

Attachments can only be added to work time entries, not to absences.
